The second half would prove to be a completely different story for the Lady Devils. They came out and shot the ball with confidence and played together as a team both on defense and offense. Josie Reilly, Haley Wilson and Mckena Arlt led the ladies in a comeback as they would each hit crucial shots in the second half. Rachael Bruce also had monster minutes in the paint. This would bring the ladies to take their first lead at the end of the third quarter 44-40 and they would not look back.
In the fourth quarter, the ladies would continue to build their lead by knocking down crucial free throws and playing solid defense to finish the game. The ladies second half stats were no comparison to the first - FG percentage went from 25% to 34%, 3 PT percentage went from 22% to 35% and Free Throws from 62% to 100%.
